Maristi Creative is a boutique event production studio between NYC and Barcelona. We build brand trips, activations, and events that matter for brands and spaces. We're growing our producer network to pull from for upcoming projects across New York and Europe.

We're looking for highly detail oriented event producers for upcoming projects. If you're calm under pressure, obsessed with a strict call sheet, can rally a team, and genuinely excited about community events, you're a fit.

    Key Responsibilities:
On-site event production and coordination from load-in to load-out
    Vendor sourcing, management, and communication
    Run-of-show creation and timeline management
Budget tracking and expense reconciliation on-site and off
Team coordination across chefs, creatives, and property contacts
Flexibility to supporting creative director on activations, retreats, and/or brand trips

    You're a fit if you:
Have 3+ years of experience in event production, experiential, preferably fashion or hospitality
Are based in NYC and able to travel to projects domestically and internationally
Move fast, follow through, and care deeply about the details
Have a genuine love of food and culture (non-negotiable)
Are a team player who thrives in fast-moving, creative environments

What working with us looks like: Project fees paid per activation. You'll be brought into the creative process early.

To apply: Submit your resume and a short CL about yourself. Please indicate in your cover letter past event production experiences that you have led, where you're based. Include any portfolio links and 3-5 examples of past production work.

We will keep your information on file and reach out when the right opportunity comes up.
