The Floral Designer is responsible for the full lifecycle of floral operations—receiving and processing product, executing designs, and maintaining floral inventory. This role upholds the integrity of floral quality while maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming floral and supply shipments from vendors, clients, or warehouses accurately and efficiently.

Verify shipments against packing slips and document discrepancies or damage as needed.

Organize and label inventory with attention to detail and clarity.

Stock and restock floral materials in designated areas to maintain a clean and accessible workspace.

Support the design team by preparing floral elements in accordance with Design Sheets and creative direction.

Assemble, pull, and prepare floral orders for delivery or on-site setup.

Maintain inventory levels and notify leads when supplies need to be restocked.

Assist with “mock-up” designs and sample arrangements for client previews.

Collaborate with and assist external floral designers as assigned.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of all workspaces, including floral coolers and equipment.

Operate warehouse and floral equipment safely and in compliance with safety guidelines.

Provide high-quality floral execution that aligns with Kismet Events’ brand standards.
