Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Punchh & Attentive)
We are looking for an experienced lifecycle marketer with deep expertise in Punchh loyalty and Attentive SMS to help build and operate a behavior-driven CRM program for a fast-casual restaurant brand. This role will require up to 35 hours per month.
This role will focus on designing and executing automated lifecycle journeys that convert first-time guests into repeat, loyal customers, working alongside our paid media team to support an acquisition-first growth model.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage automated lifecycle flows in Punchh and Attentive (onboarding, second-visit acceleration, frequency building, lapse recovery, and high-value guest programs)
Develop behavior-based segmentation strategies using transaction and loyalty data
Create and optimize SMS and email messaging tied to guest state and purchase behavior
Translate menu-level and behavioral insights (via Bikky/CDP data) into targeted offers and messaging
Implement offer governance and testing frameworks to improve retention, AOV, and visit frequency
Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly insights and optimization recommendations
Ideal Experience
Hands-on experience operating Punchh loyalty marketing programs
Deep knowledge of Attentive SMS lifecycle automation
Experience with restaurant, QSR, or multi-location retail brands
Familiarity with POS/CDP-driven marketing stacks (Toast, Olo, Bikky, etc.)
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and retention marketing
The ideal candidate understands how to connect transaction data, loyalty programs, and SMS/email automation to drive measurable improvements in repeat visits and customer lifetime value.
