There is NO cold calling or selling to family and friends (unless you choose to do so). You and your team will reach out to clients that have requested your services through our groundbreaking lead program that has a proven success record over the past 12 years.

This position is high compensation and 100% commission. The opportunity to own, grow, and manage your own business is a reality for everyone that has a diligent and intelligent work ethic.

We are actively onboarding licensed or non-licensed agents (that are willing to become licensed) to join our team!!! Our organization will train and coach you from beginning to end and demonstrate how to succeed in this lucrative and recession-proof industry. Our step-by-step marketing and sales system has stood the test of time for many years. It is 100% reproducible!!!

THE PAY:

• PART TIME 1-2 SALES A WEEK, $450 - $900 WK, $25,000 - $50,000 YR
• AVERAGE 3-5 SALES A WEEK, $1,350 - $2,250 WK, $75,000 - $125,000 YR
• ABOVE AVERAGE 6-8 SALES A WEEK, $2,700 - $3,600 WK, $150,000 - $200,000 YR
• WE HAVE AGENTS NOW AVERAGING 12 - 15 SALES A WEEK USING OUR ZOOM-BASED MODEL!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ambition, coachability, integrity, positive outlook, and commitment to personal growth
• State Life and Health License (We will guide you in the process to acquire licensure)
• Possess reliable computer technology
• Learn how to develop plans to meet clients needs
• Present and finalize applications for insurance policies to new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Legal credentials to work in the United States
