We are a fast-paced consumer finance company that services indirect auto financing contracts for credit challenged customers. We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE that is reliable and very well organized.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling inbound/outbound phone traffic
- Entering/updating customer contact notes and information
- Process incoming payments
- Providing solutions to customer concerns
- Ability to work during the business hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm
CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- PRIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH-VOLUME CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT
- Results oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Superior customer relations skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professional appearance, attitude and absolute dependability
- Computer literacy with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- MUST be bi-lingual in Spanish
Salary will depend on experience.
