Job Title: Freezer Warehouse Worker (Frozen Seafood) Company: Acadian Fish Company Location: Irvine, CA Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary: Acadian Fish Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Freezer Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will handle, store, and move frozen seafood products in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely receive, unload, and store frozen seafood products

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)

Maintain proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and ensure product quality standards

Work in freezer conditions (typically -10°F to 0°F) while following all safety protocols

Keep work areas clean and organized

Follow company policies, food safety guidelines, and OSHA standards

Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or freezer experience preferred

Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

Comfortable working in cold/freezer conditions with appropriate protective gear

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
