Position Overview
Supports freight assignment, load tracking, and operational workflow management across Oregon-based dispatch systems. Tampa candidates may participate in hybrid collaboration sessions; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment progress
Track shipments and maintain accurate operational documentation
Communicate delivery updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed dispatch logs and operational records
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as necessary
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
