Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in logistics or supply chain, proven industry knowledge, and the ability to manage freight from start to finish. This is a salary-based position with the flexibility to work in-office or remotely from home.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers.

Coordinate the movement of freight from booking through delivery.

Negotiate rates and ensure on-time performance.

Provide consistent communication and excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of supply chain/logistics experience (e.g., warehouse manager, dispatcher, truck finder, broker, etc.).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Knowledge of trucking industry operations and transportation practices.
