Key Responsibilities
Track shipments and maintain accurate updates in dispatch systems
Support assignment and coordination of freight loads
Communicate status, delays, and operational updates to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed operational documentation for all freight movements
Assist with workflow improvement initiatives
Identify and escalate inconsistencies in shipment scheduling
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication
