    Position Overview

    We are seeking motivated individuals to support freight dispatch coordination and shipment tracking operations within a structured Oregon-based logistics system. This role is designed for individuals who are either entering the freight dispatching field or looking to strengthen their experience in logistics coordination. While Dallas-based candidates are preferred for potential hybrid interaction, this position is fully open to qualified remote candidates nationwide.

    You will play a critical role in maintaining shipment visibility, supporting dispatch workflows, and ensuring operational consistency across multiple freight movements in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Monitor and track freight movement across multiple active loads using dispatch and tracking systems

    Maintain accurate, real-time updates to ensure full shipment visibility

    Support dispatch coordination activities including scheduling, load alignment, and workflow execution

    Communicate proactively regarding delays, delivery updates, and operational changes

    Maintain detailed and organized digital records for all assigned shipments

    Identify inconsistencies, service issues, or delays and escalate appropriately

    Assist in maintaining structured dispatch workflows aligned with company procedures

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth freight movement from pickup to delivery

    Qualifications

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (CRM systems, load boards, or tracking tools preferred)

    High attention to detail and accuracy

    Strong organizational and time management abilities

    Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

    Ability to follow structured processes and workflows

    Prior dispatch or logistics experience is helpful but not required

    Work Environment

    This position operates within a structured, process-driven logistics environment supported by Oregon-based operations. Remote candidates will work within centralized systems, while local candidates may have hybrid collaboration opportunities depending on proximity and operational alignment.
