    Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm

    Work Hours: Flexible within Office Hours.

    SUMMARY

    An non-exempt Finance Coordinator assists with various finance tasks which include the following, but are not limited to:

    • Heavy amount of collections, done by phone or email
    • Billing and referral statements
    • Aging’s
    • Handling carrier payment inquiries
    • Fielding incoming calls on behalf of customers
    • Administrative office duties

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

    • Responsibilities include (but not limited to) a heavy amount of collections, done by phone or email.
    • Customer/Carrier billing.
    • Reviewing and processing Carrier aging reports and payment inquiries.
    • Answering incoming calls/e-mails from our Customers and Carriers.
    • This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.
    • This position requires efficient data analytic skills.
    • Highly Organized.
    • Current comprehension of Carrier pricing agreements, tariffs, and rate contracts is a plus.

    Qualifications

    Required Education: High School Graduate with a minimum of 1-2 years’ related experience

    Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Supply Chain, Business Economics, Business Administration with emphasis in Finance or Accounting

    • Intermediate Excel skills highly preferred

    • Starting Hourly Pay: $16-$23 per hr. (Based upon experience.)
    • After successful completion of 90-day probation, the company offers the following:
