Position Overview

Responsible for freight operations, dispatch workflow, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Phoenix candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities and assist with process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads across multiple routes

Track shipments and maintain detailed operational documentation

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate operational or scheduling conflicts as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
