Position Overview
Responsible for freight operations, load coordination, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Chicago candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities and support workflow improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and track shipments across routes
Maintain operational records and dispatch logs
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure workflow accuracy
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain operational alignment
Escalate operational conflicts as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
