Position Overview

Manages load planning, freight coordination, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Columbus candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operations and assist with workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and monitor shipments

Track freight routing and maintain dispatch records

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment

Escalate operational conflicts as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
