    Key Responsibilities

    Track freight movements and maintain accurate dispatch records

    Assign shipments and manage routing schedules

    Communicate updates, delays, and operational exceptions to internal teams

    Maintain complete documentation of all freight operations

    Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational consistency

    Escalate operational issues as necessary to maintain timely delivery

    Qualifications
