Position Overview
Manages freight planning, load assignment, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Madison candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and monitor freight loads in dispatch systems
Track shipments and maintain detailed operational records
Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed dispatch logs
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
