Position Overview

Manages freight routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Little Rock candidates prioritized for hybrid workflow; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities and assist with mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor freight loads

Track shipments and maintain operational documentation

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
