Position Overview

Responsible for managing freight routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Memphis candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities and assist with workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and track freight loads

Maintain operational records and dispatch logs

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

Monitor delivery timelines and ensure workflow compliance

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment

Escalate operational or scheduling conflicts as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
