    Position Overview

    Manages shipment tracking, routing, and workflow coordination across Oregon-based dispatch systems. Albuquerque candidates may participate in hybrid collaboration; remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive training, while experienced professionals handle operational responsibilities independently.

    Key Responsibilities

    Track freight shipments and maintain accurate system records

    Assign and monitor freight loads, ensuring timely delivery

    Communicate shipment status, delays, and exceptions

    Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and logs

    Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational alignment

    Escalate scheduling conflicts and operational issues as needed

    Qualifications

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; full training provided
