    Position Overview

    The Freight Tracking & Routing Operations Associate manages shipment tracking, load routing, and dispatch workflow within Oregon-based systems. Spokane candidates may participate in hybrid operations; remote candidates nationwide are fully integrated into the workflow. This role provides structured training for entry-level candidates and operational responsibility for experienced dispatch professionals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Track shipment progress and maintain accurate dispatch records

    Assign loads and monitor routing schedules

    Communicate delivery updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers

    Maintain detailed operational documentation, including freight logs and system updates

    Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

    Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure seamless operations

    Escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and operational compliance

    Qualifications

    Excellent verbal and written communication

    Computer proficiency with dispatch or tracking systems

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to follow structured operational processes

    Time management and multitasking skills

    Experience optional; full training provided
