    Logistics Account Executives:

    We’re seeking experienced and ambitious Inside Sales Reps - Logistics Account Executives who are commission-driven and ready to build a Book of Business here at Freight Wizards - Chicago. As a Logistics Account Executive, you’ll be the single point of contact between the Customers you're expected to acquire, and the Carriers you will utilize to manage your Book of Business for each customer’s shipment transportation needs 24/7/365. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, a problem-solver, are not afraid to pick up the phone, and can handle working in a high-volume transactional business-to-business sales position with a hunger for financial freedom then want you to join our team.

    UNCAPPED COMMISSION: 25% - 35%

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

    Verify and understand customer needs by being confident with inquiry about business opportunities.

    Communicate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.

    Proactively make 100 plus daily calls to find, close, and establish growing relationships with customers to drive sales from the ground up by negotiating with shippers and cooperate with our team to manage daily shipments.

    What We Need From You:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary to be a successful sales representative

    Be on time, 7:00 AM

    Have a sense of urgency and the determination to fight to drive sales being harder working and more disciplined than anyone you know

    Be Coachable

    Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be agile and handle conflicts professionally.

    An obsession for success, order, and great customer service

    Organizational and time-management skills.

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills

    Minimum 2 years of Customer Sales experience.

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday (On-site)

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

    Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.

    Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.

    Proactively make 75 daily calls to find, close, and establish growing relationships with customers to build your book of business from the ground up.

    Negotiate with shippers and carriers to manage daily shipments to ensure pickup and delivery are on time, 24/7/365

    What We Need From You:

    Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary

    Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to be agile and handle conflicts professionally.

    Organizational and time-management skills

    Be on time, 7:00 AM

    Be high energy, have a positive attitude, and the determination to build your Book of Business by being harder working and more disciplined than anyone you know

    Be Coachable
