Overview:

In the eyes of your clients, you are their #1 shipping solution. You will understand the customer's requirements and tailor a shipping solution to meet their specific needs.

You will go over carrier options, advise of our terms, and set the correct expectations, to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who can drive sales, grow our client base, and build a quality experience for the customers from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Must be able to identify a problem and quickly advise of a solution
• Remain calm and professional with all customers
• Can prioritize and perform under pressure
• Computer literate (Google Calendar, emails, excel, Google Drive)
• Available to work every other Saturday or one Saturday per month

ONE LOCATION: Palm Harbor, FL - No remote positions, In office only

This position starts at $15.00 per hour plus bonus with an average total compensation of $40k in the 1st year! Tenured employees have the potential to earn up to 85K and higher!
