We are searching for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced (3+ years) plaintiff's personal injury paralegal to join our legal team to work either in our main Brooklyn office or remote. The right candidate will be on a team with two attorneys and a medical records clerk, all handling a caseload of approximately 90. The right candidate will assist their attorneys in preparing pleadings, discovery demands, motions, oppositions, and trial prep. The right candidate will handle files from Summons and Complaints until settlement/verdict. The right candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, medical offices, adjusters, etc. Further, the right candidate will be responsible for keeping case files and other key materials organized and easily available in Smart Advocate. Prior Smart Advocate knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities: • Responsibilities are delineated above.
