You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, and screening and surveying for potential cases. Responsibilities: • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Qualifications: • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred • Background in the legal industry preferred • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
