As a full-service Dry-Cleaning, Tailoring, and Laundry Service, French Cleaners provides the best care to clean and repair every type of garment or household. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE French Cleaners is looking for Customer Service Representatives to interact with our customers and provide them the best experience possible. These CSRs are the face of the business and a critical component to the customer experience. Currently we are exploring Full-Time and Part-Time roles based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers promptly and politely.
• Creating a friendly and lively atmosphere.
• Entering garment details into computer.
• Tagging clothes.
• Writing and communicating special instructions.
• Inspecting clothes for material type, defects, and potential processing risks.

Key Skill Requirements:

• Excellent ability to build rapport with customers. A friendly and polite personality is critical.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional dress and appearance.
• Good Listener.
• Computer/Phone Operation.
• Basic Knowledge of fabric and garment types
• Willingness to learn multiple facets of job and assist in other areas.
• 1+ year of previous experience in retail is preferred.
