    Job Description

    Fresca Mexican Foods (Fresca), an industry-leading manufacturer of quality tortillas, seeks an energetic Sales and Marketing Project Manager to support the delivery of new business through sales and marketing related project management. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, this individual will develop tools and processes to enable business growth, while also owning specific projects related to new accounts, existing business, and marketing. This individual will work cross-functionally to drive new sales and marketing initiatives forward while owning project related workstreams.

    Fresca manufactures flour and corn tortillas in its advanced manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho and markets its products throughout the US, Canada, Asia, South Africa, and Australia. Fresca is a vibrant, stable, customer-centric organization with loyal foodservice customers that recognize Fresca's unique differentiation. This position is located onsite (not remote) in Caldwell, Idaho, just outside of Boise, and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Initiate and manage internal process and system improvement initiatives to enable efficient new account prospecting, acquisition and on-boarding.
    • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders across the company to drive projects to completion.
    • Own and develop Frescas marketing initiatives including trade-show planning, web-site management, and development of brand marketing sales collateral.
    • Own and administer Frescas CRM tool management and reporting.
    • Communicate product data information to customer base via product data networks.
    • Prepare and communicate regular status reports on all projects related to sales and marketing.
    • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Two years project management experience required.
    • Strong communication and project management skills required.
    • Experience using various data sources required.
    • Proficiency with Excel, PPT, CRM and project management tools required.
    • One year Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
    • Bachelors degree preferred.

    BENEFITS

    Total compensation will be based on experience and will include base pay plus a performance-based bonus. The total compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000.
