    Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

    We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to join our diverse and dynamic team.

    About Us:

    Our CEO is a seasoned business entrepreneur with a portfolio that includes a real estate brokerage, affiliate mortgage company, nationwide real estate investment company, credit repair company, business credit and small business funding company, software company, and a marketing consulting ad agency.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our businesses.
    2. Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth running of operations.
    3. Participate in recruiting efforts and selling our service products.
    4. Manage company CRMs and oversee social media platforms.
    5. Build out funnel sites, online courses, and manage PR services.
    6. Schedule and organize meetings, travel arrangements, and other appointments.
    7. Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    8. Run errands and handle other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
    2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
    6. Knowledge of PR management.
    7. Discretion and confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant, or in other related fields
    • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years assisting a C-suite executive
    • Experience in Real Estate or Digital Marketing a plus
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Tech-savvy and experienced with CRMs, word processing, email, and other software programs
    • Active listening with good written and verbal communication skills
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving
    • Bi Lingual Spanish and English is a plus
