Job Description

To back up the machine by pulling all gizzards left in the birds and removing birds from the line that have an excessive
amount of feed

Qualifications

Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hrs) on concrete/metal grate floor.
• Must be able to perform repetitive over shoulder reaching, torso twisting, grasping, pushing and pulling.
• Follow the established Animal Welfare Program guidelines and procedures.
• Rotate through various positions on Evisceration line.
• Understand and follow established rules and procedures as well as accept constructive feedback.
• Must be able to use small, hand-held tool (i.e., knife, scissors) properly.
