Job Description

Must be at workstation on time with all work apparel clean, sanitized and with all required safety equipment

Must obey all safety, USDA, HACCP, and plant rules and regulations

Must make sure the stunner has salt and water and is working properly.

Be sure the killing machine is working properly

Must kill all birds the machine misses

To donn PPE

Perform any duties required by management

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and climb.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and oral
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime
• Must be able to work in a controlled environment (i.e. hot and cold).
