Fresh Digital Group has an open internship position as an Executive Assistant within their Financial District based agency. The EA intern will reporting directly to the CEO, providing executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The ideal intern will assist in being the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The ideal individual will have impeccable attention to detail, the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

This individual will provide administrative, project, and research support and will be exposed to multiple facets of running a mobile-first digital agency. This key position requires a dynamic, energetic and quick-witted individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will take ownership of responsibilities and anticipate needs.

Responsibilities:

• Must be Mac friendly

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt to multiple styles of management

• Must be comfortable with majority of workload being administrative in nature

• Self-motivated, hands on individual with exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills

• Must be proactive during downtime and comfortable seeking additional work

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Ability to learn different computer systems easily

• Ability to meet deadlines and meticulous attention to detail

• Experience in a collaborative/team based environment

• Interest in digital/mobile work, marketing/advertising, and technology
