    Job Description

    FRSH is looking for a bright and capable HR intern with high energy who is an extremely organized, detail-obsessed leader. The HR intern has the opportunity to become the face of FRSH, and with that, comes a lot of responsibility. You will assist in the recruiting of new applicants for available positions. This opportunity provides for not only vetting resumes for potential hires, but also the opportunity to dive into other projects and work cohesively with all members of the FRSH team.

    Responsibilities

    • Review resumes and selecting applicants for senior management interaction

    • Communicating with potential hires and scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires and communicating appropriate processes.

    • Preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities

    • Updating, assisting, and managing the company events calendar – this is no easy task and requires keen observational skills and an understanding of time management.

    • Contributing to team University outreach and social media programs.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a BA in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

    • Fluent in English with impeccable written and verbal skills.

    • MUST have previous HR experience, in a startup is a PLUS

    • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite and Gmail.

    • Works best in an environment with many moving parts, and as part of a team.

    • Values organization over EVERYTHING.

    • Thrives under pressure and in a fast paced environment.

    • Wants to be the face of innovation for the company – the first point of contact for peer’s duty.

    • Superior verbal skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally, in –person and over the phone.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
