If so, Fresh Digital Group (FDG) has a Human Resources internship position available within their HR Department. FRSH needs someone who understands what it takes to hire top-flight individuals who fit into a framework of a fast-paced, executing environment.

FRSH is looking for a bright and capable HR intern with high energy who is an extremely organized, detail-obsessed leader. The HR intern has the opportunity to become the face of FRSH, and with that, comes a lot of responsibility. You will assist in the recruiting of new applicants which will provide you with the opportunity to select notable candidates for available positions. This opportunity provides for, not only vetting resumes for potential hires, the HR intern will have the opportunity to dive into other projects and work cohesively with all members of the FRSH team.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and selecting applicants for senior management interaction

• Communicating with potential hires and scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires and communicating appropriate processes.

• Preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities

• Updating, assisting, and managing the company events calendar – this is no easy task and requires keen observational skills and an understanding of time management.

• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing and relaying results as needed and recognizing where such needs are not met.
