Job Description

Fresh is looking for a full-stack developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in an innovative fast-paced online marketing/advertising environment! Every developer at Fresh plays an integral role in our projects - from conception to realization. As a full-stack member of our team, you'll be architecting code, leading technical projects, collaborating across teams and most importantly, producing consistent and high-quality work.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO:

• Is proficient in full-stack, responsive web development
• Has extensive experience working with Laravel, Vue.js, and/or Angular frameworks
• Has familiarity with server-side scripting and database experience (PHP and MySQL in particular)
• Demonstrates the ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts with the client services team.
• Possesses communication and collaboration skills. We’re a fully remote company, so the ability to connect and work with your team online is a must!
• Loves problem solving, and isn’t afraid to push boundaries to produce the best work possible.
• Self-manages easily with minimal supervision.
• Is comfortable working in an agile, sprint-driven environment.
• Is highly detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
• Resides in the United States

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Leveraging coding best practices.
• Collaborating with the rest of the development team in a source-control environment.
• Architecting front and back-end components.
• Working with both the design and client services teams to ensure that all initiatives follow design and specifications completely.
• Setting up unit and feature tests.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE ALSO IS:

• Capable of working in a lean, fully-remote environment.
• ​​​​​​​Comfortable working within and expanding upon the Laravel framework
• Proficient in JIRA issue tracking platform.
• Experienced with Git/version control
• In the Pacific Timezone
