    We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for an ambitious, professional full or part-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll generate leads, take inbound leads, prepare and close deals and continuously follow up to ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. All of the inbound leads assigned to you have been pre-qualified by our Inside Sales Team. We work closely with our inside team to ensure quality leads for you and a professional experience for our customers. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools, training, and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Location: Richmond/Petersburg, Virginia About Fresh Start Team: The Fresh Start Team has been helping sellers with creative exit strategies for over 15 years. With multiple paths for a disposition like retail, wholesale, turn-key, fix/flip, buy/hold and more we give our Buyers a clear path to success. Our Buyers earn income not just on acquisitions but also through our referral network of buyers, broker/agents, construction/rehab and more. Responsibilities: • Develop a sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Be the main point of contact for sellers to ensure a successful transaction • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM used to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Assess comparable(s), property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication • Create repair cost valuations using our in-house estimating system • Make offers with a pre-determined path to disposition • Monetize every opportunity with our referral network • Securing property, affixing lockbox, taking/posting photos, scheduling and meeting with prospective buyers Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Familiarity with the real estate market in the Richmond/Petersburg areas • Be a self starter with a passion for real estate • Driven to continuously improve sales and negotiating skills • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills • Be able to work in a structured team environment while operating independently • A real estate license is not required for this position but preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM w/flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed • Reports To: Operations Manager Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ commission
