We need someone who can, take inbound leads, prepare and close deals and continuously follow up to ensure each transaction is smooth and successful.We provide unmatched training, coaching and support, giving you the confidence to find, analyze, negotiate, and process the purchase of real estate. Responsibilities: • Prospect for and engage with clients to build and manage a pipeline of future business • Follow scripts and plan to achieve productivity, appointment, and closed deal targets • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Assess comparable(s), property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends • Create repair cost valuations using our in-house estimating system • Prepare and make offers with a pre-determined path to disposition • Prepare and execute purchase agreements • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication • Securing property, affixing lockbox, taking/posting photos, scheduling and meeting with prospective buyers • Participate in regular training and education requirements to continuously improve skills Qualifications: • Experience as an investor, landlord, realtor, wholesaler, etc. preferred • Minimum of one year face to face sales experience preferred • Familiarity with the real estate market in the Richmond/Petersburg areas • Self-starter with a passion for real estate • Rapport building and active listening • Driven to continuously improve sales and negotiating skill • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Minimum high school diploma Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ Commission based
