** Essential Functions:**
- Analyze business and system requirements to design and implement ERP solutions
- Provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the ERP system configuration and usage
- Work closely with our ERP vendor on technical support cases
- Provide technical support to internal users across multiple business units
- Train end-users on ERP system functionality and usage
- Interface with employees, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
** Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:**
- Related associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, or computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years of related and successful experience performing the above functions.
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Ideally Produce Pro Software or produce/food related ERP.
- Experience deploying and supporting Work Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; problem solver
- Ability to work closely in a team environment and manage independent projects
- Ability to train and explain technical support resolutions to staff members of all skill levels from professional to warehouse.
