Job Description
HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading HR Operations in North America primarily offering support and guidance to the Freshworks employees based in the US and Canada. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Operations, this person will be a critical partner for People Operations - adding structure, processes, and employee support as our organization scales to the next level. You will join an incredible HR Operation team to help us focus on our talent, building our culture, and organizing for scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an HR ops partner and/or Generalist (primarily focused on supporting employees in US and Canada) including managing compliance, employee relations, employee policies, and employee changes.
Work with our Global People team to identify and improve HR processes, policies, and technologies,
Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience
Support the goal, performance, and compensation process in partnership with global leadership and People Success Partners.
Manage employee benefits, including broker/ vendor relationships, enrollment, claims resolution, and general employee inquiries
Drive benefits and perks design with our Regional Total Rewards Manager leader.
Own our HR ticketing system to ensure SLA and customer service standards exceed expectations for Freshworks
Maintain and communicate internal HR policies; manage the personnel files and completion of employee-related legal documents; stay on top of changing laws both local and national
Own US and Canada immigration Management in partnership with our external vendor
Work with internal communications team to ensure employees receive timely and accurate information about upcoming HR initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 8 + years of HR experience (US multi-state required and Canada)
Strong ability to manage HR projects and deliver outcomes on a timely manner and with a sense of urgency
Strong understanding of HR processes
Advanced excel and analytics skills (comfortable with using data to make decisions)
Exceptional Say/Do ratio and detail oriented
Exceptional follow through and follow up attitude
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced ever-changing environment
Action oriented and strong ownership mentality
Additional Information
Colorado Pay Range: $120,000-150,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation: You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
