About the Role:

Vim LLC in Santa Cruz, CA is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-time Dishwasher to join our team on Friday and Saturday nights.

Responsibilities:

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station throughout each shift

Assist with restocking clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies as needed

Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas

Support kitchen staff during high-volume service periods

Requirements:

No prior experience required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent part-time schedule

Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment

Team-oriented with good communication skills

Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
