Commission Sales Representative
This Sales position is for career-minded individuals who enjoy working with customers in an upscale retail environment. If you get excited about cooking, home appliances or helping homeowners build their dream kitchen, this job is for you. SALES ROLE:
To assist customer’s purchase of standard and premium appliances, and services available from the company in a professional, customer-friendly manner and to assure customer satisfaction during and after the sale.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The goal of a Sales Representative is to determine which of the company's products or services will best meet a customer's needs and complete the sales transaction in a manner that satisfies the customer. Additionally, the Sales Representative utilizes resources and training supplied by the company to deliver a positive impression of the company including managing sales margins effectively for the company while delivering the best value to the customer.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
1. Have previous commission sales experience. This job is for seasoned sales professionals experienced in outside sales ONLY.
2. Have strong organizational skills. This job requires project management after the sale.
3. Have previous experience selling products, not services, to homeowners or home contractors.
4. Be a self-starter. If you don't know how you fill your day with sales producing behaviors, you will not succeed here.
5. Be excited about helping people build their dream kitchen.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation includes Life, Health and Disability and is entirely commission based. Startup pay is provided.
