Founded in 1957, our practice has proudly cared for patients in Goshen, Indiana for 68 years and continues to grow. We are honored to be one of the area’s premier optometry offices. Our doctors — Dr. Cripe, Dr. Stephens, Dr. Stickel, and Dr. McGuire — bring years of experience and a shared commitment to excellent patient care.

Office Hours

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (staggered staffing)

Some Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Our office provides comprehensive eye exams, treatment of eye diseases, extended services, and a full optical with a small in-house lab.

Position Overview

Drs. Cripe, Stephens, and Stickel are currently looking for a motivated Optometry Technician to join our team. We are excited to welcome someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and being part of a busy and supportive office environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with patient pre-testing

Helping patients with frame selections

Checking in and dispensing glasses and contact lenses

Adjusting and repairing eyewear

Supporting doctors during exams

Maintaining an organized and welcoming front office

Delivering excellent patient care and customer service

Experience in optometry is preferred, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow within the field.
