Job Posting: Estimator – $35/hr – Flexible, Field-Based Work
We’re hiring a friendly, confident Estimator to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has flexible availability during the week, and wants a low-stress job with no sales pressure and no construction experience required.
About the Role As an Estimator, your job will be to visit customers’ homes, take exterior photos, and fill out a digital checklist so that our sales team can prepare the right solution for their siding project. You’ll also educate customers on basic siding options (we provide full training). You are not responsible for selling or closing deals.
We want someone who can make homeowners feel comfortable, as if you were helping a friend or family member find the best option for their home.
Pay & Logistics
$35/hour – Includes time spent driving between appointments
Use your own vehicle and smartphone (no reimbursement for gas/maintenance)
Hours vary based on demand – more in busy seasons, less in slow seasons
Appointments are set by our call center — no cold calling
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm availability required
No Experience Needed — We’ll Train You! You do not need siding or construction background. We’ll teach you:
How to estimate exterior dimensions
How to walk homeowners through basic siding options
Helpful Skills:
Friendly and confident personality — enjoy talking to people!
Familiarity with smartphone apps (photos, messaging, etc.)
Experience using Google Calendar, Google Maps, Gmail, Telegram.
Construction or siding knowledge is a plus, but not required
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Reliable and available for appointments during weekdays
Able to stand/walk outside during visits
