    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and manage marketing calendar, including content calendar
    • Ensure consistent, asset-framed, anti-racist messaging across all marketing channels
    • Analyze and grow audience and marketing engagement levels using best practices
    • Support special projects and events as needed
    • Produce and distribute engaging copy and design for social media, digital, and print communications
    • Create, distribute, and track innovative bold social media, digital and print marketing campaigns and materials including but not limited to annual investment report, appeals, social media posts, email blasts, and videos
    • Manage all aspects of our weekly Instagram Live interviews including the pipeline of relevant and interesting guests, pre-show preparation, and interview video editing and distribution
    • Facilitate regular website management and development

    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Four-year degree (or relevant experience) and 2-3 years experience in a marketing role
    • Passion for social justice
    • A savvy social media/digital marketer and a powerful storyteller that communicates effectively in both oral and written form with a deep commitment to asset-framed, anti-racist communications
    • Experience producing high-quality, professional, and engaging print and electronic communications; savvy in social media communications
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, & Power Point. Experience with marketing platforms, multiple social media platforms, and website management tools.  Experience with Mailchimp & Word Press is a strong plus

    Superb attention to detail. Able to handle several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
