Job Description: As a Sales Consultant at StableWorks, you will play an integral role in driving our company’s growth by developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones. You will work closely with potential and current clients to understand their home improvement needs, advise them on suitable solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process, including using our state of the art design programs to visually show new and current clients how StableWorks can make their dream house a reality!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through leads and referrals to discuss their home improvement projects.
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and project potential.
• Provide detailed project estimates and timelines.
• Convert consultations into project contracts.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and manage any additional project needs.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Participate in local and regional home shows and other events to promote our services.
• Knowledge of Fencing and Deck Installs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and draft project proposals and contracts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with design software is a plus.
• Experience in Jobber software is a plus.
