You may be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.
Responsibilities
General office duties
supervision of the proper execution of the school's policies and curriculum by all staff members
assisting staff in correcting individual classroom problems if such arise
advertising for, hiring and training new staff members
report to administration the performance of staff members
interviewing prospective parents and processing new children into the school
maintenance of all employees' and students' files
maintaining employee attendance records, vacation times and sick days
filling out reports and written records required by the school
Preparation and execution of staff meetings
Supervising the performance of food and cleaning services
Reviews lesson plans, assessments and evaluations
Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

Knowledge of CPR
Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education.

Willing to do whatever it takes (change diapers, clean floors, wash dishes, etc)
