We are here to help others learn about cannabis, live with the benefits, and grow as an individual.  The Social Media Manager will administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising. Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. They will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Responsibilities: • Creates content in line with promotions, campaigns, and brand strategy to further build brand familiarity, credibility, and showcase the FTE culture and lifestyle. Content production responsibilities include pre, production, and post.  • Work closely with the Marketing Department, Brands, Vendors, and Retail teams to capture content for use across various channels, purposes, and goals. Content must be planned/evaluated against strategic goals to ensure content distributed is on brand and driving momentum to achieve goals. Content should speak to overall (and niche sectors) of FTE’s audience and drive monetization efforts.  • Batch content creation experience and advanced planning  • Support Promotional marketing and collabs (merch, takeovers, lives) as needed to collect footage and photos  • Supports special events and photo shoots as needed.  • Assist and create a graphic design for social media platforms.  • Build a content/asset library for multi-purpose use across FTE and house brands.  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.  • Adobe Creative Suite experience required.  • Knowledge about cannabis and cannabis culture. • Understands the strict social media guidelines pertaining to cannabis and is mindful of them while planning, creating, and editing content.  • Motivated, professional, and flexible with the ability to react quickly when the need arises; including flexibility to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.  • Strong visual storytelling skills and exceptional attention to detail.  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines.  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit who can both take direction and work independently.  • Comfortable balancing multiple projects in the development and execution stages.  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.  • A high degree of professionalism, ethics, passion, industriousness, creativity, and a can-do attitude.  • Excited to closely with a tight-knit team and work in a fast-paced and energetic environment. • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.   Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
