We are looking to hire an Account Supervisor to support and guide Account Specialists in their mission to provide exemplary customer service to our highest priority clients. In conjunction with Management, the Account Supervisor will provide support in the execution of quality assurance procedures, performance analysis, teaching and training agents, and day to day instruction to department members. You will play a vital role in the success of the individual agents and the department as a whole!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain a working knowledge of industry and company practices to make informed decisions regarding the best course of action
• Identifying areas of most need and delegating responsibilities within the department as necessary
• Generating and analyzing detailed reports outlining workplace efficiency and developing action plans to foster improvement
• Monitoring activity of off-site agents through Microsoft Teams to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Assisting with department work whenever necessary
• Tracking various queues simultaneously to identify potential issues and preemptively rectify them
• Addressing issues with agents while counseling proper procedure and providing feedback to management

WHO YOU ARE

• Highly focused multi-tasker with a honed sense of attention to detail 2+ years of experience in sales/service
• Exceptional understanding of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
• Experience mentoring, training, and setting employees up for success
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong people skills, phone etiquette, and organizational skills

SHIFT: Monday- Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
