Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting every customer, answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and creating a friendly, professional experience. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process prescriptions, over-the-counter purchases, payments, refunds, and daily cash reconciliation with accuracy. Support pharmacy operations by assisting with prescription pickup, maintaining patient confidentiality (HIPAA), directing workflow, and communicating effectively with pharmacists and technicians. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front end by merchandising products, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the store is presentation-ready. Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting coworkers, completing assigned tasks efficiently, and following all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements. Qualifications: • Should enjoy working with people and display strong customer service skills • Strong cash register and point of sale system experience are desired • Prefer some previous experience working as cashier • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities • Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
