Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with customer service and sales support at our front counter. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities /Warehouse Duties
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.
Pull, package, and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory.
Keep warehouse clean / organized.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
Counter Sales Duties
Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs.
Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, customer service, sales, or distribution experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
