About the Role

Diamond Bakery is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our front counter team. You'll be the face of our bakery — welcoming customers, filling orders, and making sure every visit feels special.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the front retail counter

Fill and package customer orders accurately

Take and manage phone orders in a professional and courteous manner

Communicate with our bakers to stay informed on daily inventory and production needs

Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for customer service

Strong communication skills — in person and over the phone

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and punctual

Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

20–30 hours per week

Morning and weekend availability required

Compensation

$16–$18 per hour, based on experience
