Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front counter with a positive, welcoming attitude

Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone

Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system

Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area

Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Basic cash handling and POS experience is a plus

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
